Any ideas about the price it may fetch?>> Wesley, Dorotech is not officially for sale because it's employees are the assets. They are not a product company, but rather an engineering firm. I got the firm impression that Dorotech is history and I have seen analysts reports that state IMGX numbers both with and without Dorotech. The analysts know what is coming. As for price, Dorotech has a $3 million note against it. If IMGX can get away from Dorotech free and clear with some cash, I would be happy. IMGX would keep a license for some Dorotech product or service. That is the only part of Dorotech they want or need. (As I understand the situation) Phil might know more. I am repeating this from others that have described the situation. Jay
