Huyn, Thanks for all the great info on the Mitsumi drive and LS120.

>>"A sales rep hinted a price of under $100 in QTY of 1000s for the
price of the drive to OEMs which Mitsumi plans to ship in volume shortly
after the November Comdex Show."

Well, if all the specs and <$100 price for the Mitsumi drive are all true,
then the Zip will definitely have a real major competition for the first time.
The LS120 will definitely be history. Does anyone know details behind
the UHC technology? 130MB and faster than the SCSI Zip without
patent infringement on Zip/Bernoulli patent? The <$100 price is what
really concern me, but we just have to wait and see if it's true. Could
be just rumours.

Look like it may be time for Iomega to reach in the drawer and pull
out a 200MB Zip. The heat is on.
