Hi Mohan--this thread is so quiet that one of two things have happened

Everyone is wiped out after today having made every mistake in the book:)

OR

The followers of this thread having learned every mistake that others have made, came out of today with their equity intact:)

Anyway--here's a thought--even on a day like this

Beware ALL prognosticators--everyone is right sometimes in calling the markets direction--even I am. But no one is right all of the time -- and anyone who blindly follows the "hot" market-timing guru of the moment does so at their peril.

As you know, it has been suggested that I tend to be an inquisitor at times--tis true. I always want to know WHY someone feels the way that they do about a market or stock--and what would change their outlook.

A question to ask any one who is very bullish or bearish on the market is what will have to occur to change their minds. If the response makes sense, then there may be merit to that persons point of view--if the response does not make sense, then that persons opinion does not deserve serious consideration as to the outlook for the market.

Hope you are doing well--btw, I am taking a serious look at your "bad breadth" indicator.

Regards
