Tim: Looks like PTEC finally woke up and realized what a huge market
"call-avoidance", or "PC self-help" sofware is. What do you think of
the PTEC/Cybermedia deal ?? I know PTEC is very late and way behind SYSF in this market, but teaming up with someone who already has a product out there like Cybermedia was probably their only shot of entering the market...do you like the move ??
