Thanks for the opening post!

I agree with you on the ultimate goal, but believe the better way to get there is to have a core position of 1/3. and a trading position of 2/3, although I have a hard time resting through rallies and selloffs, the buy sell, buy sell method, generally yield better than average results than just buying and waiting,

I dont know how you had the patience to hold through last years bottoming process, care to share a skill that lets you sleep at night when the position is going south, prior to its ultimate rise?

I almost missed the turn, but I didnt and FAS saved my year
