Schopenhauer: I'm sure you are correct about the listing criteria for the NASDAQ. I'm aware of several companies that are below $1.00 and are still being listed on NSM. I'm trying to find a complete list of the criteria, but don't see any thing on the NASDAQ site you gave. Am I missing somthing? Thanks for help. chw
