Two people appeared in court Monday facing charges of robbery in connection with an incident involving a sex act over the weekend.
Two people appeared in court Monday facing charges of robbery in connection with an incident involving a sex act over the weekend.
Denise Dustyhorn, 29, and Sheldon Runns, 36, were both remanded and will re-appear in court on Wednesday January 19.
On Friday police responded to the complaint of robbery and forcible confinement involving a 40 year-old man. The victim told police after he paid for the services of a sex worker, another man emerged with a weapon, robbing and forcibly confining the john.
During the investigation police were led to a house in the 1100 block of McTavish Street, where they observed a second similar offence taking place.
The second victim was not physically injured.
