J.R., The answers to your questions have many variables.

For examples:
A - Merge with a Small Private Company
Lets say CVIA merges with a small private company that does $4-5 million in annual revenues with profits of $500,000 per year. And let's assume that CVIA issues ALL of it's remaining Authorized Shares (100M) in the merger process. And we will use 20 as a reasonable Average Industry Multiple.
The math could look like this...
$500,000 / 100M = .005 x 20 = 10 cents per share.

B - Merge with a Medium sized Private Company
With annual revenues of about $10-20 million with profits of around $1.5 million, the math could look like this...
$1.5M / 100M = .015 x 20 = 30 cents per share.

C - Merge with a Larger sized Private Company
With annual revenues of around $50 million with profits of $5 million a year, the math could look like this...
$5M / 100M = .05 x 20 = $1.00 per share!

So you see, until we know more details about an actual deal, it is hard to speculate. But you can also see that even a small company merger could take this stock up to 10 cents.

If we already KNEW the answers to your questions, the stock price probably would be A LOT HIGHER already!! So that's part of what makes this stock fun. We're trying to get in (at a lower price) ahead of people that are "waiting to see what happens."

I say, The BIGGER, the BETTER!!!!

GO CVIA !!!!
