Pamela,

I believe only U.S. reporting companies are required to file documents with the SEC. To my knowledge Naxos is not (yet?) a U.S. reporting company. Their reporting procedures fall under Canadian laws.

Also, EDGAR only shows items that are filed electronically with the SEC. If a company files documents via snail mail they won't necessarily wind up on the EDGAR database.
