How do we create opportunities. What is it that we had so many opportunities in the '60's. These days we are talking about creating opportunities for small businesses who will then hire the poor to improve their economic status. The question is what small businesses are there in the US now that most of the manufacturing have fled overseas, thanks to the lax rules of the previous Administration. All we have left here is health care and hospitality. Small scale (ancillary) and large scale manufacturing are now based overseas. Thanks to our education standard these days, even consulting jobs are based overseas and are thriving there.
