What is more amazing is why did HDTC stock price dipped to $19 plus today? Aren't they supposed to get $24 per shares? I tried to rationaize this but I think the street may know something not obvious. Could it be that Invacare, owner of ? % stake in HDTC, selling into strength? Don't know why they would not wait till January but maybe they need cash badly right now. Any thought? In this uncertain market, if I buy HDTC below $20 and hold for 2-3 months, I should get a 20% profit. Is this too simple nobody is believing it?
