goldsnow: seems to me that IF all that we see happening with the POG and currency revaluations is the normal course of a correction at the end of a period of excess, then we should be able to see this phenomena appear elsewhere in history. I admit that it has happened to one or two countries at a time in the past, but nothing like what is happening now, an entire hemisphere! Until your post I had thought of the POG and currency events as unrelated, just concurrent. I am not so sure anymore. Perhaps they need to be examined at the same time to be understood. Regards, Ron
