Mark this post!!! I am looking SGI to single digit, because of the following reasons.
1. The blow out revenue in the 4th quarter was caused by reducing the backlog. Otherwise revenue( and profit) was not as great as they posted.
2. The revenue of $768M in the first quarter was reported by reducing the backlog by over $100M.
I think the backlog was reduced because the current CEO wanted to leave and he wanted to show good results before he leaves.
I think this company is in troble right now.
I am looking into the revenue for this quarter to be lower than first quarter.
SGI is shooting for a revenue of $900M for break even, which I think difficult to achieve.

I donot know, why there are no shareholders lawsuits, after the 4th quarters rosy picture and first quarter results no where near what was predicted after 4th quarter results.

Just wanted to know what do you feel.
