The manufacturers are planning for 70% bit growth in 2011. If they continue to grow at that rate through 2015, you end up with 163 exabytes in 2015, 277EB in 2016 and 471EB in 2017. Somewhere in those years there would be enough Flash to cover notebooks and data centers. That kind of growth would require a breakthrough in 3D manufacturing in early 2013. The historical methods of creating smaller cells appears to stop working around that time.

There are some big assumptions in there though.
