We need to agree to disagree. What's being done with General Motors is not a communist takeover of an industry. One can still not approve, but that's the wrong label, imo.

The insurance companies will realize that there is no benefit for them to be in the health insurance business and will get out.

Where would they go? More likely is that they'll be allowed to raise their premiums to cover the added costs with nary a complaint from the government. If Obama would bail out the autos, why wouldn't he "bail" out the insurers?

The weight of the evidence thus far is that this is an administration willing to assist corporate america, not take over and/or destroy whole industry groups.
