One other observation is that maybe they are looking at buying something short term to shore up earnings until the upgrade cycle begins... I agree with prior posts on the quality of the deal but still when all is said and done they hardly have any shares outstanding for the type of growth expected. Give them a chance maybe there is a deal in the works.
