Anyone here a US citizen with experience setting up an offshore corp in a low-tax country?

Thinking of such a plan, but with the goal of using it as a vehicle to invest in US assets, as well as those in other countries.

Need to get a better grasp of all the intricacies, hurdles, and landmines.

And want to do it all legally.
