I think I understand you well enough to ask a couple of questions.

(1) Are the military's receivers likely to be initialized?

(2) What if the enemy has spread out an array of jammers to cover all areas, and they overlap? Does this slow down the GPS enough to harm its effectiveness?

And, should we have a security clearance to be discussing this over the Internet?
