The GM "bankruptcy" was a blatant pay off to the UAW. Does everyone realize that not only did GM get a ton of government $ - they got to keep future carry loss forwards from the failed corporation to the new corporation. This is out an out criminal imo - and yet Ford has to compete with this! The big lie of GM is that without a government bailout GM would have disappeared. What a friggin joke - companies go bankrupt - restructure - live to play another day all of the time. It was a UAW payoff! Bob
