Docs, dentists, hospitals don't have to compete for our business. There aren't enough of them. They have all got the State to make it illegal for any of their competitors to advertise price. If it was legal and the States made it illegal for their Guilds to stop them, medical prices would plummet. My Hospital charges Medicare $787 for a heart scan. You will find "specials" on these all over the country from Scan centers for as low as $99.
