<Teleport owns Biztel(a 38 GHZ company) plus already has some local
infrastructure. If so what then for tiny WCII?>

Are you saying that BizTel is bigger than WCII ?? BizTel was in big trouble till Teleport came along. Are you really saying BizTel is a bettor investment in 38Ghz than WCII ?

To clarify what you mean I ask this question. If you were a Teleport holder and want into 38 Ghz, who would you rather have, BizTel or Winstar.

I have, in the past, called BizTel a non-event. That was one of my rare overstatements. I think you may have overstated " tiny WCII".

Let me know, I want to learn more about BizTel and Advanced Radio. It's my understanding that the latter is simply a re-seller. As a re-seller, it would compete with WCII in that area. However, WCII is building it's own network. ARRT is not and I don't know about that 'tiny BizTel'. Hell, I just had to throw that in there. :-)
