I have found a direct relationship between trader's lines lighting up, and market movement. I do my best trading by reacting to this pulse. So I usually stand behind my traders with a headset conected to a portable phone. It's easier to bark out trades while keeping an eye out on order flow and it's direction. I saw large sell orders today for stock that I didn't even know we had.
