I've done too much research and qntm is already at an outrageously low price. If I got out, and qntm ran up without me, then I would be in indescribable pain. In fact, at this price I would even consider margin. But given current market conditions I may for the first time in years take up a substantial cash position. I agree that it is the general market and tech stocks specifically. My intc is down 25% and even after the bullish conference it continues to dwindle down. But qntm is a microcosm of the market. You can see what fear has done to qntm. The general market is only down less than 10% from the highs and I don't think fear has gripped the market yet.
