I agree with prior posts on the quality of the deal but still when all is said and done they hardly have any shares outstanding for the type of growth expected. Give them a chance maybe there is a deal in the works. That is the whole point of this investment, low cap, low number of shares outstanding. Diluting them for no clear reason at a price below the lowest market price of the year doesn't make sense to me. Something smells bad here.
