Max...it looks like TRKN gave up on etch ..cause they could not compete against the big boys in the .35u and .25u area.....TRKN was ready for .18u but the industry is not. I think they may get some more money from additional license deals....Their focus now is low k and Cu.....what happens is anyones guess. dave
