Right it is much better to charge a money losing rate so corporations can sed unwanted junk to all of us with a PO box or mail box. That really is a great idea!! I think the Walmart idea is brilliant as well. Wal Mart would love the additional traffic.I bet they'd even build the annex. Wonder what all the Post Office real estate would bring - HUGE !! I'll bet there are some primo locals La Jolla etc.
