Ignoring your usual, useless diatribe, the writer you quote and I are on the exact same page:

"It's complex analyzing copyright infringement claims, in other words, and no one with the necessary expertise at this point has done that analysis."

As I said and say again, I'll wait for the lawyers to settle this, not you.
