Looking at slide 19 again, I think it could be interpreted that a deficiency letter indicates a bioequivalence problem only.

Not sure it applies to labeling in that the line extends only to the bioequivalence box.

Interesting as well is N for bioequivalence slide calls for a bio deficiency letter. Not to mince words - just not 100 percent certain "minor" would fall into the same category.

You should post your slides on Investors Hub - Biotech Values Board. I think you will get more discussion with those slides there.
