As far as I can tell, it would be a stupid move for FNC to hire ANY person off of another cable news channel:

FOXNEWS BECK 1,780,000
FOXNEWS GRETA 1,460,000
...
I'm not arguing that they should hire Olbermann, I don't particuarly want them to do so, I'm just responding to your particular point
Beck and Greta Van Susteren came from CNN.
On Fox Business Channel Stossel came from ABC (I don't know his ratings, but I watch his show more than any of the others you list).
(Others also worked for other networks but I haven't counted them, because they either went to FOX when it started or where just on radio, or local TV before, and because besides Stossel I haven't mentioned anyone not on your list)
I imagine at some point in the future they will hire someone who had a TV show on another network first. (One in the past was Brit Hume, formerly of ABC, he still works for FOX, just not as the lead on a show)
