If that happens, than I think that TRKN is saved (particularly if the market price for the license is a paid up license of $30 MM. I think that legally, they cannot offer much less to competitors of AMAT.

What is Murphy's reasoning, and which is the Japanese outfit that will dish out $30 MM and for that matter, I can see a lot of good places for LAM to put $30 MM to work.
