I think its more likely there is something he finds embarrassing on the certificate, What certificate? Apparently, there is none... unless you're suggesting a certificate does exist in Hawaii but they now want to deny it because of something embarrassing? I think it doesn't exist, nothing could be plainer than the obvious... GZ
