I have been very careful about what I say. I never had a clearance
for anything in GPS segment, so don't know anything classified.

1) I would think so. If not, they will not be put in play.

2) Well, I think here a Shrike or Harm would be good :-) Although
maybe a little bit on the expensive side.

I try not to send anything sensitive, let alone classified, over the
internet. Most of the stuff I know is from _Aviation Week_ seven
years ago, and technical papers given in open forums.
