david, your reason for purchasing this stock is foolish. your mechanism for paying for it, is unwise. this is not meant to be insulting. be careful. hysteria is out their. if you are long so be it. amat is a great long term pick. however, you can't be long if you are a margin call away. personally at 20/share amat is still 2x sales and would trade at a p/e 10. would wait.
