Most hated legal term of the day for me is: "Borrowing Statute" en.wikipedia.org Seems that the lawyers for one of the Defendants in our Mesothelioma wrongful death case discovered that Idaho has a $250K cap on Personal Injury and Wrongful death cases. Fortunately all the other defendants didn't realize this and settled with us. But this defendant had a 7 figure claim against them.. That kind of hurts.. ;) Hawk
