What we need now is a tax on taxes, The more taxes you pay the more txes you will be taxed. We could start with a 10 percent tax tax. If you paid 10,000 in taxes you will owe another 1000. Then you would owe another 100 on that 1000. Then you will owe 10 on that 100. Then 1.00 on the 10. When you get to cents it will be waived. This should help the deficit.
