All: As the fearmongering continues, let me point out a FACT that answers some of the questions in regards to dilution. The company is authorized for 100 million shares. They CANNOT issue more shares than they are authorized to issue PERIOD. Regardless of Convertible Series A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H or WHATEVER. They cannot issue anymore shares than they are authorized! For all the naysayers who continue to spread negative hype. Consider this. IF they had 100 million shares out (which they do not) The stock is trading at a $62 million dollar marketcap at todays close. Less than 1X calender '96 revenues. The company has released revenues of $35 million for this year ALREADY. They have projected $70 million for calender year '96 and will "far exceed" $145 million for '97. At todays closing bid price, ISGI is trading at .42X '97 revenues on MAXIMUM DILUTION!! Telecommunication stocks that OWN 10 switches DO NOT trade at .42X revenues (worse case scenario). The ONLY way this stock does not make me money from these levels is that if the company is a scam. Is it? Are we being hoodwinked? I do not believe so. Look at Joe Lents background. TWT is based in downtown Houston for all to see. Agenda people. These people have an agenda. Concentrate on the fundamentals and you will be alright. Good luck John
