Maria and Steve: What's the significance of the block trading amounts as compared to the total trading amounts by the MM's. ? It does appear that the intention is to exchange 2 INDV for 1 DTOP shares. "Under the agreement, all outstanding shares, options, and warrants of INDV will be exchanged for DTOP common shares on the basis of one DTOP share for each two INDV common shares." biz.yahoo.com I wonder how many shares of Newsedge we'll get for each share of DTOP, and how will they be valued by the MM's after the merger?? I predict mass confusion... not that that's a bad thing :))
