I bought a bunch at 105 just before the split under the theory that it would ride up after the split. Before I checked back, Intel dumped us down, followed by the Asian flu, followed by gosh knows what.

I am considering using leaps to ratchet down my average cost. Since you have some experience in leaps, I am interested in how you might approach this.

Should I sell the underlying and take my medicine to offset other gains and just buy leaps to replace or by leaps to add to the existing long position. Any reply will be taken for what it is worth, that is to say, what I paid for it, but I do appreciate your thoughts.
