Ted, I seriously hope this was a misquote:

If a fact is "completely inaccurate," doesn't it cease to be a "fact"?

Should be interesting to see what comes of this. If the lawfirm is completely wrong in its "35% beef" assertion, they face a very huge libel countersuit. On the other hand, if Taco Hell is caught using majority "meat extenders" in their food, they're going to suffer big time.
