Value is in the eyes of beholder. Given that, if individual investors buy a property and hold on to it hoping that the capital will be used by the company to enhance share holder value (not for speculation)a tremendous amount of volatility and money flow can be avoided. On the other hand, if the company does not grow, no need to put capital in there. Will AMAT grow from where it is? If so, it is a buy. right now, the indications across all companies is slow growth than last year. If so, should the P/E be as high as last year?
