During the conference call in August a buyout was discussed. Their feeling is that it would be pointless to be bought out right now. The price of the stock would make a buyout rediculously cheap. The finance guy from Zannett said that IMGX will eventually be bought out, but his quote was, "It won't be at $5, it won't be at $7 and it won't be at $10. We feel that this technology deserves something far above that."

Take that for what it is worth. The Zannett people went over the books and picked the company apart before investing. Their analyst gave the go ahead. I think they are looking to make some money here. They have about $11.5 million on the line now.
