You're right Joe ! I have a feeling this is going to get VERY interesting before long. CVIA has good reason to get a Merger DONE and Done Quickly!! But I think they are very wise in how they are handling all this. They are motivated to get the VERY BEST deal they can in a fairly short time. They could surprise a lot of people. I know there are many private companies out there that are looking to go public. I know of quite a few myself. It certainly is no surprise to me that they have "several" offers already. Mergers/Acquisitions is an arena in which I am quite comfortable. From what I see here, personally, I am most interested in HOW LARGE the deal can be. As I said before, this could surprise a lot of people. Of course, a deal can never just be taken for granted. A deal is never done until it is DONE. But this looks like they have "all the pieces" to make something work. Best wishes, Brad
