Does cost cutting provide Boeing sufficient revenues to develop the Dreamliner. Does cost cutting increase revenues for Joe's Diner to add capacity. Does cost cutting help pfizer to develop a new generation of drugs...... Oh, yeah they must be exceptions. But where are examples where cost cutting add revenue to a company?
