Yeah and is Intel also an exception. Is cost cutting going to increase revenues sufficient to build new Plants. Does cost cutting generate sufficient revenues to open new stores for McDonalds. Is cost cutting sufficient to allow Google to hire several thousand new employees. Does cost cutting provide Boeing sufficient revenues to develop the Dreamliner. Does cost cutting increase revenues for Joe's Diner to add capacity.

Does cost cutting help pfizer to develop a new generation of drugs......

Oh, yeah they must be exceptions.

But where are examples where cost cutting add revenue to a company?
