More lies and slight of hand??? Please provide Mr. Cummings phone, the date this occurred and any _evidence_ this occured, and I will follow up. If it happened, no it was not I, and my phone records will attest to this... though why the President of a Stock Exchange would take such a call at all, and if he did, why he would "take" it as anything but a prank by hypster/manipulators like yourself and Bernie Lumbar is beyond me.
As for Naxos, I am not a shareholder or a fan of that company. I felt the last PR was ambiguous on COC, the stock has been way over valued (with _twice_ IPMs shares outstanding), I don't like the management, the _long_ past history, and don't think they have a snowballs chance in hell of getting a mine thru California's gov't and enviornmental concerns -- esp. so close to a desert wildlife preserve. I think this stock is stinker, like PacRim and Davison-Tisdale.

You _have_ pontificated on knowing hundreds of (available or controled by you and your syndicate) properties in North America having gold _and_ being economic!
You have hinted for investors to help you bring those properties into production and _claimed_ de facto resource status for all of them -- without sighting _any_ verification, without any major engineering firm like BD or Bateman or Kilborn or Minproc having an opinion -- yet alone an "SEC chain of custody audit".
You stated you and your syndicate would be taking over mining in the Western Hemisphere! So where's the beef?
Can you list half the 200 properties. Doubt it. You bragged about 60 geologists who have been to _your_ properties, and when I asked for a list you couldn't remember one name. How about some verification or could your posts all be lies and deception?

IPMCF is the busiest thread on SI -- Northern Miner and all the other press abounds. No other Jr has had a full page in Forbes! How could you miss this when you were johnny on the spot on Bre-x and PacRim??? You could have started your crusade sooner and _really_ helped people. You could have been there when the stock was $12, $10, and $8!!! Where have you been? What got you here so late, right after the shorts found they couldn't break support at $4 and their negative press well mysteriously "dried up". Right after David Schechter "resigned" from HC Wainwright, amidst evidence of short "collusion" surfacing?
