<whomever first recommended o&g's with large reserves in the US and Canada, IMO had it right>

Is there an ETF for that? I agree with the general idea, but I don't want to take the company risk. I don't feel confident enough to pick individual companies.

I think natgas prices are going to have to rise to at least the $8 level, within the next 2 years. This will be caused by increased demand, increasing environmental controls (putting some areas off limits and increasing costs where it is allowed), and the end of drilling just to hold the lease.

How about FCG? It holds 30 company stocks. ISE-Revere Natural Gas Holdings:

top 10 holdings:
1. Stone Energy Corporation (SGY): 5.16%
2. Newfield Exploration Company (NFX): 3.82%
3. EXCO Resources, Inc. (XCO): 3.78%
4. Hess Corporation (HES): 3.77%
5. SM Energy Co (SM): 3.74%
6. Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (APC): 3.55%
7. Cimarex Energy Company (XEC): 3.47%
8. Ultra Petroleum Corporation (UPL): 3.47%
9. Forest Oil Corporation (FST): 3.46%
10. Comstock Resources, Inc. (CRK): 3.43%
