I haven't been keeping an exact count of every court that has heard such challenges, (nor exactly how far each case proceeded before being tossed, nor exactly what evidence made it in before cases were dismissed...), but last i looked there had been over a dozen courts that had had cases brought before them... and at least a few of them got far enough along to have the state b.c. entered into the record....
