Why would they object to banning large ammo clips, assault style guns??? You need them for certain sports and of course for self defense they are very useful. To ban them does nothing to stop criminals - they got this thing about breaking laws. Against lead shot for hunting? Non-lead shot is already required for most waterfowl hunting - what are you talking about?
