In just the last few days the Railroad Retirement Board has sent out notices to retirees receiving RRB benefits that effective Feb 01, 2011, withholding for Federal Taxes will be increased. I always felt that people working in the railroad industry were Blue Collar Middle Class. WE JUST GOT SCREWED AGAIN.
