Steve, I did discover that FTC does allow 90 days after end of year for company to finish 10K report. So, the clock is ticking down 'till Sept 25 (approximately) for ECSC's latest 10K due date. But I have nothing new to report, except that I'm still holding on--either for a very fast ride or a crash. But as you, I tend to think that there is a very good "turn around" story buried under all this silence. Best Regards, Bill in St. Louis.
