Icon criticises Raynor for not going along with his scheme to steal the company from small shareholders. Instead, Raynor should be commended for his ethics. Icon is stealing XO from widows, orphans, and pensioners.

Icon is a outrageous liar. Just look at the court documents and find out how he did not even respond to generous offers for XO at the time he claims to because they competed his own .80 per share offer. Also he had to reduce the interest he was charging XO as a result of a shareholder brought lawsuit. His own "offer" was so ridiculous that even his handpicked board did not respond to it. Icon is a crook and should be rooming with Madoff. What a great name for a pair of cons. Icon and Madoff.

Icon pretends to be a shareholder activist but he is really a con artist and thief and has sold the media an image that is completely false. The court documents filed in the XO case demonstrate just how dishonest he really is.

You Mr. Icahn are a liar and a hypocrite! Your abuse of XO is outlined in painful detail in Raynor's lawsuit. There are now about a half dozen other lawsuits pending against you for your shenanigans at XO. We shall see how this plays out and in the end I hope you have to pay dearly as well as share some time with Bernie Madoff.
